ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

If so, look no further – Kyndrylis seeking a Network Support Specialist whowill be the go-to expert for installing,maintaining, and troubleshooting computernetworks.As our Network Support Specialist, you’ll beworking in a complex, multi-vendorenvironment, and will use your analytical skillsto identify and resolve network issues, makeconfiguration changes, and implement securitypolicies.
- This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever-changing nature of technology,you’ll be constantly learning and growing your role.
- You will work alongside a talented team ofexperts to plan and execute routine networkchanges, troubleshoot and solve networkissues and outages, and maintain excellentcommunication with our end customers,project managers, and service engineers. You’llbe responsible for maintaining networkcomponents, monitoring network performance,and maintaining network security.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
- 2+ years of working experience in Networking
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with Network security, WAN
- Working knowledge of ITIL.Bachelor’s Degree(Regular).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with BGP, Software Defined networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI,Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 Load balancer, NSX
- Experience with Ansible automation
