Job Description

As an Analyst – Employee Vetting & Background Checks, you will play a critical role in managing operational accuracy, data validation, and
compliance processes. Your key focus will be ensuring precision in client and vendor validations, invoice accuracy, and financial reporting.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports in Microsoft Excel with complete accuracy.
  • Perform client validation audits, verifying pricing accuracy as per signed contracts.
  • Make necessary corrections and
    provide validated financial data to
    the Client Servicing team.
  • Ensure client invoicing accuracy,
    including proper GST details and
    compliance with internal policies.
  • Conduct vendor or third-party
    invoice validation, ensuring pricing
    accuracy against contractual
    agreements.
  • Support timely vendor invoice processing, PO booking, and coordination with internal finance teams for payment release.
  • Maintain data integrity and operational precision across all validation processes.
  • Be flexible to work in multiple shift as required by business needs.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Required: Graduate Degree (any discipline).
  • Candidates with experience in financial validation, data entry operations, or MIS reporting will have an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot
    Tables, Data Cleaning, MIS
    Reporting).
  • Ability to manage large datasets
    and maintain data accuracy.
    Familiarity with client and
    vendor validation processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills.
    Detail-oriented, disciplined, and
    capable of maintaining
    confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently
    with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and
    analytical thinking skills.
