ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revievw purchase requests in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system for compliance With company policies, contracts, and regulations.
- Support Procurement Managers providing data analysis for vendor negotiations and business insights.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data from historical contracts and spending records for data-driven decision-making.Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments to evaluate potential risks and support internal compliance standards.
- Manage vendor master data, ensuring it remains accurate and updated in the system.
- Collaborate with business units to training guide teams on procurement policies and processes.
- Route DocuSign agreements for approval and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Oversee contract compliance, renewals,and amendments as per company standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- 2+ years of experience in procurement,supply chain, data analysis, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay(P2P) systems and compliance processes
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in vendor data management and contract compliance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment.
