This role primarily involves supporting existing application environments and facilitating new releases in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The selected candidate will work on cloud automation, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment across various Azure hosting environments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build scalable platforms and tools for enhanced developer experience.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing,code quality checks, and Security scans.
- Ensure zero downtime deployment with effective backup and restoration mechanisms.
- Deploy applications in Azure kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Virtual Machines.- Integrate and monitor Application performance Monitoring (APM)tools.
- Manage and secure hosting environments, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability.. Continuously research and adopt modern DevOps tools, trends, and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud operations.
- Strong programming skills In python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, or Node.js.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansibleor Terraform.
- Experience in building Continuous integration / Continuous Delivery(CI/CD) pipelines (Azure DevOps,Jenkins, Team City, Harness).
- Hands-on experience With microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Solid understanding of Git and Git workflows.
- Good knowledge of Linux fundamentals, Networking,Kubernetes, and Docker.
