The Network Operation Associate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Accenture’s IT network systems to ensure busines continuity. You will work closely with technical teams to diagnose, resolve,and prevent network issues that impact organizational performance.This role helps transform coefficients network operations, optimize cost, and enhance customer experience by improving cape efficiency and reducing cost-to-serve.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and resolve routine IT and network-related issues using predefined guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to manage problem tickets efficiently.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network billing and service operations.
- Follow established procedures and ensure high standards of service delivery.· Participate in rotational shifts as required for network monitoring.
- Contribute to process improvements and incidents prevention through root-cause analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Qualification:Graduate / Engineering / PostGraduate (Any Discipline)·
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years(Freshers can also apply)
- Preferred Skills: Network Billing operations, IT Infrastructure support, Problem Management.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of encouragement systems and problem management tools.
- Hands-on experience in customer support or IT service operations.
- Excellent analytical,communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent performance.
