ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Private Bank and Wealth management (PBWM) initiatives including processing, reviewing, and reporting.
- Manage client data and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve KYC data accuracy and Aml process efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and recommend changes to enhance operationalperformance.Develop and implement risk control measures and compliance procedures.
- Prepare and present management reports operational performance and trends.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to streamline KYC and client onboarding operations.
- Analyze internal data to identify risk factors and drive continuous improvement.
Assistant Vice President Expectations
- Influence business decisions and contribute to policy formulation.
- Lead or guide a team in executing complex operational tasks.
- Set objectives, evaluate performance, and promote growth among team members.• Ensure strong control measures are inplace to mitigate operational risks.
- Provide expert consultation on escalated issues or complex compliance matters.• Demonstrate leadership Behavior listen, Energize, Align, and Develop(LEAD).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate /Post Graduate in Business,Finance, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of experience in KYC, AML, Financial Compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of Client Due diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due diligence (EDD).
- Ability to perform periodic reviews based on regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
- Skilled in MS Office applications (Excel,Word, Power Point).Analytical mindset for evaluating clientrisk profiles and transaction data.
Disarable Skills Sets
- Experience liaising with internal teams(Legal, Compliance, Front Office).
- Familiarity with global AML and Kyc regulations.
- Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintaining client documentation and ensuring timely remediation.
- Knowledge of evolving compliance trends and regulatory updates.
