This positionrequires analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to provide customer experience excellence in financialservices while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support merchant business operations for
the EMEA market. - Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks as
per company compliance guidelines. - Ensure seamless onboarding and
management of merchant accounts
according to CHC standards. - Provide top-tier merchant support by
resolving financial queries, maintenance
issues, and account discrepancies. - Perform detailed analysis and due
diligence, including outreach to merchants
for suspense accounts. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams
such as Client Managers, Acquisition
Teams, and third-party affiliates. - Maintain customer service quality and
achieve performance metrics such as
Occupancy, UPH (Units Per Hour), and
overall satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Graduate /Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools, especiallyExcel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- High levels of personal accountability,adaptability, and teamwork.
- Understanding of merchant business operations or U.S. tax processes preferred.• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of customer relationship analytics and CRM tools.
- Exposure to global customer service standards and performance-drivenenvironments.Capability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
