The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and its stakeholders,including seller POCs, meaning you represent Amazon in this remote transportationrepresentative role. L2 Associates areresponsible for identifying concerns,troubleshooting delivery partner issues, andproviding actionable process improvementsuggestions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
- Provide and expedite prompt and efficientservice to Amazon customers and deliverypartners
- Effectively manage sensitive cases byreporting through the escalation matrix
- Demonstrate strong time-managementskills while handling a work from homesupply chain associate position
- Maintain or exceed defined performancemetrics
- Actively seek solutions through logicalreasoning and identify trends torecommend process improvements
