JOB SUMMARY
To support our extraordinary teams who buildgreat products and contribute to our growth,we’re looking to add a Analyst – GBS Master Data Management in Chennai India.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
- Work with suppliers and buyer groups toresolve Pricing and other commercialT&Cs
- Provide reports, information, analysis etc., asrequired, in a timely, professionalmanner
- Maintain good level of public relations withoutside suppliers as well as a strongpartnership with internal customers
- Maintain the Vendor MasterRecords/Updates/New Vendor Setup
- Advise stakeholders of modifications fromoriginal requests
- Obtain price and other non-pricinginformation from approved suppliers
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree – B.B.A/ B.Com/B.Sc.
- Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/Oracle
- Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.• Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred
- Exposure to voice process will be highly preferred
- Flexible to work in all shifts
