They are inviting applications for therole of Process Associate / ProcessDeveloper / Domain Trainee -Property & Casualty Insurance. In this role, you’l be responsible formanaging teams and service leveltargets role for P&C Insurance Business, Facilitating goal-levelcreation for the team in line withBusiness goals and works withmanagers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates. Guiding thetalent identification and developmentprocess for the team. You will be expected to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and knowhow to solve these using analytics and technology.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for setting upsubmission cases (New business,Renewals and Amendments) forunderwriters to review
- Premium booking in system asrequested by Underwriters
- Prepare policy drafts and sharewith UW for approval
- Sharing final policy documentwith Brokers.
- Proficient in English language -both written and verbal
- Responsible for handling variedvolumes of workloads and reachingtargets and deadlines on a timelybasis
Required Skills and Qualification
- Any Graduate (Except TechBackground)
- Any previous work experience ininsurance/underwriting
