As an Operation Analyst II, you will contribute towards Supporting,setting up of accounts and Assuringcampaign is set up aligning with Walmart Policy and Guidelines. These operations will be conducted in WMCOwned and Operated platforms toensure Accounts/campaigns areexecuted flawlessly. You willcontribute and perform dive deepinto campaign Troubleshooting sights to ensure ads are renderingas intended as well as to prevent badcustomer experience by providing right solution, setting up accountsand helping advertisers to launchtheir campaigns on time. Understandall the client’s goals and objectives and ensure providing outstanding.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day deliveralblesw.r.t Support/Onboarding/KWmoderation across the company’sowned and operated properties aswell as any external distributionplatforms. Maintaining assignedKPIs..
- Maintain the highest standardsaround campaign fulfilment
- Provide support foradvertisers/Sales/API Partners withsolution with regards to SponsoredProducts and SponsoredBrands/Videos.
- Work with Ad Policy team to getthe relevant information/updatesrelated to Sponsored Brands andSponsored Products
- Review inbound request, validateand manage user access to theinternal and external users.
- Collaboration with cross teamn,enhancing product skills and tosupport as an when required.
- Helping advertisers to activate adsin the ad server afterapproval/providing possiblesolutions.
- Communicating case status toNotification details will be hidden duringsharing or screen recording
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- B.E. or Any degree in ComputerScience or other equivalent stream
- Candidate with excellentarticulation and communicationskill set·
- 2+ years User Experience withSponsored Search / SponsoredProduct self-serve platforms. Willing to work in rotationalshifts, including PST hours·
- Strong familiarity with ad servingtechnologies, platforms, and toolswith hands on working experience
- Hands on knowledge on at-leastone ads tool- Keyword Bidding,Sponsored Search, Paid Search,Marketplace, and SponsoredBrands/Videos
