ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Intraday real time monitoring ofservice levels for all queues at allsites.
- Real time monitoring of agents’performance from all teams at allsites.
- Drive real-time adherence to theexpected capacity against the actualperformance to achieve servicelevels and efficiency metric goals
- Communicate and call out changesto incoming contact patterns tooperations and the broader WFMteam• Have a real time communicationwith the WFM team and operationswhen call outs or changes need tobe done
- Support changes within routingprofiles
- Update and send reports related tothe performance of each siteincluding but not limited toshrinkage, occupancy, and NPT usage.
- Review TTs assigned to the WFM team that require real-timeassistance to different stakeholders
- Provide assistance to the WEM team as needed and provides dailyreports
- Resolve escalated issues andrequests from the account management
- Preparing ad-hoc reports &analysis for management reporting
- Drive Special Projects and Initiatives assigned
- Resolve escalated issues andrequests from the accountmanagement. Cater to real time ad-hoc requestsas per.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Graduate
- Key Skills & Knowledge: RTA, IEX,Genesys, Aceyus, Avaya/CMS, eWFM& proficient in MS Excel
