They areseeking a Data QA Associate to join their teamin India to manage a large portion of the datacleaning and quality assurance processes forthis product. As a Data QA Associate, you willbe responsible for transforming the receiptdata into accurate business expense insights.You will work with a top notch engineeringteam and data team from the U.S team andChina team. You’ll complete your workprimarily using data in our proprietarysoftware. This position offers the opportunityto meaningfully contribute to the growth oftheir company. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform accurate and efficient dataextraction, labeling, and cleaning fromemail panel or Al-generated dataset toensure high-quality data.
- Monitor and analyze data trends forvarious merchants and vendors, includingemail categorization and trendidentification.
- Maintain the stability of merchant andvendor data, investigating anomalies suchas sudden drops or spikes in data volume.
- Collaborate with teams in both China andthe U.S. to ensure data consistency andquality.
- Provide timely responses to analysts andclients’ demands and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company datasecurity and confidentiality policies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors inComputer Science, Statistics, BusinessAnalytics, or a related field are preferred;
- 0-2 years of experience as a data orquality assurance analyst;Experience in data tagging, cleaning orRegexExperience managing multiple processes inparallelBasic data analysis skills and familiaritywith Excel, SQL, or Python are a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently whilecoordinating with a remote team.
