JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing in-depth client,competitor, industry, market andeconomy research
- Performing valuation analysis ona wide range of public and private entities within various industriesusing accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Independently gathering Data pertinent to the engagement through client interaction and site.
- Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, marketmultiple, market transaction andoption pricing analysis
- Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of ouranalysis in a clear and concisemanner
- Contributing directly to the development of proposals,presentations and publications.
- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as wellas strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to master new tasksquickly
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personalintegrity
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and managerapidly changing assignments in ateam environment.
- Demonstrated commitment toobtaining outstanding results
- Ability to manage confidential,sensitive information
