Enterprise Technology and Performance is aService Area comprising of Consultingprofessionals providing various service offerings on Service Now. They are seeking anexperienced and result driven ServiceNowDeveloper at a Analyst level with a strongbackground in ITSM/ITOM/ GRC/ HRSD/ITAM, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNowimplementations across ITSM, GRC, ITAM,HRSD, or ITOM modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessionsand design scalable, efficient, andcompliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Now components including forms, workflows,business rules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure seamless integration and data flowacross modules.
- Provide advisory services and thoughtleadership on platform best practices,governance, and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and support junior team membersin technical and functional areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with theServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of thefollowing modules:o GRC: Policy & Compliance, RiskManagement, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRMo HRSD: Case & KnowledgeManagement, Employee Centre,Lifecycle Events, Onboardingo |TOM: Discovery, CMDB, EventManagement, Service Mappingo |TAM: HAM, SAMo ITSM: Integration, UI Builder, UIPolicies
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow datamodel, architecture, and integrationframeworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes andenternrise service management concents.
