ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring all tickets are closed within SLAs
- Resolving emergency unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues,etc.)
- Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptop, initial IT set up, solvingissues, etc.
- Retrieving exiting employees’hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle todecommission or reuse it
- Managing any Revolut own technology, including both office and remote hardware· Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting theTech Services team with technology process implementation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience workingwith IT systems, networks, andrelated technologies (macOs,Chrome, Google Workspace, Ticketmanagement via Jira/Atlassian orsimilar, hardware experience)
- Endpoint devices management and incident managementexperience.Vendor management experience(outsourcing)·
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security·
- Exceptional organisational andtime management skills
- Strong analytical and problerm-solving skills. Good interpersonal andcommunication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with technical support for Slack·
- Experience working with Jira
