They are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Process developer/Domain Trainee property & Casualty Insurance. Inthis role, you’ll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance business, Facilitating collaboration for the team in line With business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates. Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team. You will be expected to be focused on The business goals/challenges.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for setting up submission cases (New business,Renewals and Amendments) founder writers to review
- Prepare policy drafts and share with UW for approval
- Sharing final policy document with Brokers.
- Proficient in English language both written and verbal
- Responsible for handling varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Any Graduate (Except Tech background)
- Any previous work experience ininsurance/underwriting
