You will be responsible for handling accounting of goods and services,requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving. Additionally, youl oversee the full procurement and financial process cycle. The Accounts Payable Processing team is focused on designing, implementing, and supporting payables operations–ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation. Automated software systems are used to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce human error.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve routine operational problems using predefined guidelines.
- Interact primarily within your team and direct supervisor.
- Follow detailed task instructions and maintain high accuracy.
- Apply basic statistical and financial terms in daily discussions.
- Collaborate with project members for successful delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
