Communicating with the customer/Adjuster tounderstand their requirement and meetingtheir needs, serves the customer withempathy:; and follows up to ensure thatcustomer needs have been met Managing,researching on Auto claims, working withhighly complex customer/Adjuster
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Communicates empathetically and timely with customers and helps them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easymanner.
- Will be reviewing claims, and doing followup through calling (Outbound and Inboundcalls)Retrieving Claim related documents,obtain additional information (if missing)Completing all necessary forms, androutes them to the appropriate parties Updating the claim information andhandling the task.
- Must demonstrate basictelecommunications and provide anadvanced knowledge of products andfunctionality Responsible to interpret a variety of policies, rules, and regulations andperforms a full range of customer serviceduties, answers customer questions,research, resolve and respond to requests
- Answer complex customer inquiries and respond to a high volume of complexinternal and external customer inquiries ina professional manner
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)Consumer Protection, Customer DataManagenment, Performance Management(PM), Relationship Building, StakeholderRelationship Management
