Amazon India is seeking dedicated,
hardworking, analytical candidates with a
proven track record of performance and
results-oriented thinking, to join the
Transaction Risk Management Team.
Candidates will be responsible for a wide
range of duties related to the investigation and
Elimination of online ecommerce risk. ldeal
applicants will have experience in the
ecommerce payments space, previous trust
and safety experience, and experience
succeeding in a customer-driven workplace.
All candidates will be analytical and capable of
succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Investigation Associate position relieson excellent judgment to plan andaccomplish goals and will work under verylimited supervision of the Manager.
- Excellent individual problem-solving andanalytical skills are used to authenticatecustomers and complex transactions.
- Nearly all decisions are expected to bemade independently with little to noguidance and a high degree of accuracy.
- The Investigation Associate will berequired to engage in frequent written andverbal communication with departmentmanagement, risk analysts, risk engineers,other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals.
- They may also be required to contactcustomers by phone.
- Productivity and quality assurance will beevaluated along with the overallcontribution to the development of thedepartment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Graduate in any discipline
- Work Experience: 0 to 4 yearsCommunication Skills
- Excellentcommunication skills (written and spoken)in English language
- Ability to handle and interpret large sets of data.
- Demonstrated problem solving andanalytical skillsProven ability to work productively andefficiently in an independent setting
- Proven ability to clearly communicate withmanagers and associates at all levels
