They are looking for a Trainee / Intern -Associate Technical Support ngineer to jointheir global Customer Support organization atAutomation Anywhere. This role is ideal forrecent graduates or individuals with up to oneyear of experience in technical or applicationsupport. You will assist in providing high-quality support to their customers, learning totroubleshoot issues related to our RPA.
Roles and responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support for Automation Anywhere products, includingA360, Bot Agent, and Control Room.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot basicapplication and confıguration issues undersupervision.
- Review logs and automation workflows toidentify common issues and escalate asneeded.
- Respond to customer queries via ticketingsystems and live chat, ensuring timely andprofessional communication.
- Collaborate with senior engineers andinternal teams to resolve technicalproblems.• Document common issues and solutions inthe knowledge base.
- Participate in training sessions to buildtechnical and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field (orequivalent coursework).
- O-12 months of experience in technicalsupport or software troubleshooting(internship or project experienceacceptable).
- Basic understanding of Windows and/orLinux environments.Familiarity with databases (SQL basicspreferred).
- Awareness of APIs, networking, and cloudconcepts (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
