Role based in BSv organisation. Leveragingdeepening knowledge of one or more R2Aprocesses (record, report, analyze etc), Recordto Analyze Process Experts participate of in orlead the achievement of service levels, keymeasurement targets of the team and deliversa high quality and cost-effective service thatdrive compelling business outcomes. Theysupport the delivery of a customer focusedand compliant services through the adoptionof frictionless finance, practice processes,technologies, methodologies which driveinnovation and process improvements. Theirdomain expertise means they are responsiblefor processing non complext to complextransactions, resolving the standard processrelated issues, preparation and finalization ofthe period and close activities and reporting(including the interactions with Client’sFinancial Controlers) and performing the.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for processing complextransactions, resolving the standardprocess related issues, preparation andfinalization of the period and closeactivities and reporting (including theinteractions with Clients FinancialControllers) and performing thereconciliations.
- The responsibilities willinclude, but will not be limited to:Preparation (calculation) and processing ofcomplex General Ledger Journals,Accruals, Provisions, allocations and otherentries according to the schedule andagreed Client Desktop Procedures
- Initiation of accounting entries based onthe non standard events and accounting rules not directly described in the DesktopProcedures, but resulting from otherPolicies and Accounting Manuals Processing of fixed asset related entries,based on the requests and according toschedule and agreed Client Desktop.

- Monitoring of fixed assets relatedtransactions and budgets and contactingthe fixed asset owners to initiate the fixedasset capitalization
- Processing of bank statements on dailybasis and reconciliation of bank relatedaccounts, as well as clearing andmonitoring the sub bank accounts
- Reconciliation of intercompanytransactions and agreement ofIntercompany balances withcounterparties
- Initiation and execution of Intercompanynetting/settlements
- Preparation and execution of Period EndClose related activities according toagreed time table and procedures
- Monitoring of Period End Close progress,interacting (and escalating if required)with Client
- Finance Controllers or Process Owners toensure timely closure and reporting

- Reconciliation of low/medium risk balancesheet accounts and review and approval oflow risk reconciliations
- Preparation of operational reports fromthe area of expertise
- Initiation and monitoring of automatedtransactions, i.e. FX valuation ordepreciation
- Preparation of data for financial,management and treasury reportingmoving the data from source systems(ERP) to reporting and consolidationsystems
- Review and finalization of financial,management and treasury reporting
- Preparation of tax and statutory reporting• Execution, monitoring and testing offinancial controls, as per Client ControlsFramework
