CertifyOS is seeking a detail- oriented Operations Analyst to manage and streamline credentialing and licensing operations. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to process provider credentials, validate data accuracy, and ensure smooth operational workflows. This is a fully remote job, offering flexible working hours and a chance to work with a global healthcare technology leader.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct detailed research, interpret, and evaluate data relevant to provider licensure and credentialing processes.
- Complete and verify applications
for provider credentials, licenses,
or payor enrollments on behalf of
Certify customers.
. Ensure 100% data accuracy on
credentialing and icensing
platforms. - Communicate with clients and
providers through email to gather
additional details as needed. - Support new client onboarding
and implementation projects to
ensure smooth transitions.
. Summarize findings and prepare
clear documentation or operational
guidelines. - Assist with other administrative
and analytical tasks as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Strong fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- ยท Excellent data analysis and research skills using Google and Ms office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google workspace preferred).
