As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for generating andmanaging data that drives Cision reports as you will be establishing a solid foundation of accurate and timely data. As a Data nalyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of all deliverables and supporting the coding and report creation process through all phases.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures coding analysisproduction is consistent, highquality, and aligned with strictdelivery timelines by trackingperformance and enforcingstandards.
- Provide oversight of junior codingteams, providing guidance on bestpractices and deliveringconstructive feedback to addressperformance gaps, fosteringcontinuous improvement and skilldevelopment.
- Manages content searches anduploading processes, prioritizecoding tasks and performs regulardata checks while understandingproject coding structures.
- Utilizes knowledge of data flowand our tools to troubleshoot issuesand resolve them.
- Reports regularly to the manager,establish open communications toprioritize tasks and manage
- Utilizes established reportingtemplates and tools to contribute to assigned reports, generate charts,research and write robustqualitative insights.
- Take ownership of initial dataexports and assist in charting andreport production as needed.
- Provides daily support to SeniorAnalysts and Team Leads.
- This includes tasks such as contact management, data verification, andreport production.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years ofprevious experience in coding,query writing and analysis, with astrong background in professionalwriting and reporting.
- Proficient in utilizing Excel and Power Point for data analysis andpresentation purposes.
- Fluent in English.
