ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design requirements on smallsystems or modules of mediumsystems (large scale) environmentand technical documentation.
- Apply basic principles of softwareengineering and can followinstructions.
- Provide meaningful feedback on the release process,code review, and design review.
- Easily absorbs and applies newinformation.
- Displays a cooperativeattitude and shares knowledge.
- Apply modern softwaredevelopment practices (serverlesscomputing, microservicesarchitecture, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, etc.).
- Work across teams tointegrate our systems with existingcorporate product platforms· Participate in technology roadmapand architecture discussions to turnbusiness requirements and visioninto reality.
- Participate in a tight-knitengineering team employing agilesoftware development practices.Leverage automation within scopeof effort
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience
- 6 months+ experience with Java software programming experience
- 6 months+ experience with Cloudtechnology: GCP, AWS, or Azure. Self-starter thatidentifies/responds to priority shiftswith minimal supervision.
- UI development (e.g. HTML,JavaScript, Angular and Bootstrap)
- Experience with backendtechnologies such as JAVA/J2EE,SpringBoot, SOA and Microservices
- Source code control managementsystems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) andbuild tools like Maven & Gradle.
- Agile environments (e.g. Scrum,XP). Relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, MySQL)
- Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA,Confluence, and Github)· Developing with modern JDK(v1.7+)
- Automated Testing: JUnit,Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI
