Thisrequirement is for GSC BPO teamwhich was established in the year2015 to manage and support GSC andNSC teams with their transactionaland reporting tasks. As this unit isstill in its early stage there will beexclusive opportunities to learn andgrow ithin this team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven ability to work ontransactional processes related toHR & Payroll.
- Support US HR & Payroll teamswith various benefits and reportingsupport.
- Experienced in supporting semivoice projects related to HR andPayroll for he North AmericanRegion.Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
- Create process documents andmonitor SLA’s for supportingprojects.
- Maintain and improve keyperformance measures.
- Proactively manage customerissues related to the supportrequirement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Total experience of 0-4 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any).
- Should have experience inmanaging HR or Payroll processesfor US. Having work experience inLawson will be an addedadvantage.
- Should have passion tocontinuously learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office,especialy Excel and PowerPoint.. Good written and verbalcommunication.
