They are seeking a dligent and detail-orientedAnalyst to join their dynamic team. In this role,you will be the backbone of the assessment ofimmigration and tax risk related to crossborder travel, ensuring that their processesrun smoothly and comply with all necessaryregulations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Gathering: ldentify potential crossborder travels for Engagement and gatherdata related to the travel and process thesame for further assessment
- Consultation and Support: Educatetravelers with various risk involved incross border travel and importance ofbeing complaint to rules and regulations.
- Provide tiered support to users,addressing queries related to cross bordertravel and troubleshooting tool-relatedissues, and escalating complex problems tohigher-level support teams as needed.
- Diligent Follow-ups: Maintain a proactiveapproach to follow-ups, ensuring allrelevant and required data is timelysubmitted for assessment
- Cross-functional Coordination: Seamlesslycoordinate with business, immigration andtax teams in EY globally to ensure theinitiation of compliance requirementsThis role reauires interaction with EYNotification details will be hidden duringeStOsharing or screen recordingsecure required approval for cost etC.
- Assist with the day-to-day functioning andupkeep of risk management tools andsystems, ensuring they are runningsmoothly and efficiently.
- Update and maintain the integrity of datawithin risk management systems,guaranteeing both accuracy andcompleteness.
- Engage in the testing and deployment ofnew functionalities or updates within therisk management tools, contributing tocontinuous improvement efforts.
- Perform preliminary assessments of clientand engagement documentation topinpoint potential risks and escalate themfor in-depth evaluation.
- Actively participate in team meetings,providing task updates and engaging indiscussions aimed at process optimization.
- Take part in training sessions to enhanceyour understanding and proficiency in riskmanagement practices and tools.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Education: Graduate/post-graduate
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevantexperience
- Certification Requirements: Any relevantcertifications will be an added advantage
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordinationabilities.
- Demonstrated research and analyticalprowess.
- Familiarity with compliance processes andlegal documentation.
- Proficient in using corporate internal toolsand software.
