The opportunities
- The successful candidate would be required to work in collaboration with assistant Manager/Team Lead/POC to provide administrative support andensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide operation support for various administrative projects including butnot limited – mailbox management,managing databases, creation andrelease of periodic reports, work MS-excel reporting, Content Management,web-based publication support, workings on dashboard creations anddata analysis.
- Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicating appropriately to the Team Lead orPOC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your key responsibilitiesReview of experience Managementactivities (Demand trackers, benchManagement, Tool updates) andDatabase ManagementGood analytical skills and generatereports and dashboards (Availabilityand Variance reports etc).
- Mailbox Support and Maintenance anddemonstrates attention to detailConflict resolution and problem solving(e.g. resource allocation on multipleprojects and soft blocking bycompetency leaders)
- Mentor and provide on the job trainingfor new associates.Proficient in MS office package andIntermediary level of expertise in data visualization tools.
- Effective resource scheduling,maintenance, and updates
- Database management andreconciliation (Maintain and manageskill sets, competencies andcertifications of client servingNotification details will be hidden during sharing or screen recording

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior work experience in same orrelated domain, O to 4 years
- Experience in multiple systems and applications prior work experience in a largeprofessional services or financialservices company
- Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
- Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Demonstrate proficiency and Experience in MS Office Suite especially in Excel
- Excellent written and iral communication skills in English language

- ability toclearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
