ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring timelygeneration and submission of invoices forShipment and Services.
- Initiate actions for early identification andresolution of disputes with the customer.Contact customer (email and calls) andconfirm receipt of shipment, Invoices,upcoming payment dates and invoice to bepaid.
- Initiate and attend to cals withCustomer/program Managers/ Site financeas per requirement.
- Facilitate timely accounting of FundsCredited to Flex Bank account.
- Reporting activities – Generate andupdate Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GLreconS.
- Support Corporate Treasury with Accuarate Cash flow forecast.
- Ensure completion of Month endaccounting activities as per the corporatecalendar.
- To achieve Weekly targets on Key ProcessNotification details will be hidden duringsharing or screen recordingentiontefunction assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Qualification- B. Com /B.C.S/M.Com /MBA/BBA/ BBM, any other commerceand Accounts Stream degrees• 0-1 yrs of experience.
- Good knowledge of Finance andaccounting Concepts.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts and support Month end per business needs.
- Analytical and Problem solving skills.
- Shift timings (11am – 8pm).
