ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and configure desktops and laptops for deployment,ensuring optimal systemperformance and compatibility.
- Set up and integrate Thin Clients and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI) with core network serverssuch as file and mail servers.
- Manage Active Directory operations including user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Assist in maintaining LAN services, configuring user access,and monitoring system capacityand performance.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware,and network issues related to desktops, laptops, and connecteddevices.
- Perform replacement or repair of hardware components and ensure continuity of business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree In science, Information Systems, or arelated discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with experience in IT support, service management, or networkmaintenance are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
