As a Junior Associate AR, youl play akey role in managing Accounts receivable operations by handling claims follow-ups, payment collections, and communication with insurance companies. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and and understanding of healthcare AR processes and revenue cycles management.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and under payments
- Take appropriate action on climate guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
- Document actions taken in claim billing summary notes
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality n HIPAA compliance.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Graduate Good Communication skill (read and writing).
- Ready to work in Night Shifts.
- Average typing speed required(above 25W PM).
- Experience in MS office Suite
