ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand high-level clientrequirements, break them downinto detailed tasks, and collaboratewith the team to define solutions;provide recommendations based onqualitative and quantitativeanalysis.
- Contribute & Manage backendPMO activities (TimesheetManagement, Invoice Oversight,SubK & Roster Management,Laptop/Resource Management,Expenses, EDSP & other ComplianceRequirements), including projectdocumentation, governance, andcompliance tracking.
- Develon and maintain advancedNotification details will be hidden duringsharing or screen recording
- Subk & Roster Management,Laptop/Resource Management,Expenses, EDSP & other ComplianceRequirements), including projectdocumentation, governance, andcompliance tracking· Develop and maintain advancedreports and dashboards using MSExcel and excellent exposure to MISReporting and Analysis
- Perform internal data analysis andquality checks; interpret resultsand communicate findings tobusiness stakeholder
- Support process automationinitiatives using VBA & Macros, andData Modelling & Transformationusing Power Pivot and Power Query.
- Transcribe and report collectedinformation into client-readyformats with accuracy andtimeliness·
- Design and implement technologybest practices, guidelines, andrepeatable processes for reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Must have a bachelor’s degree inscience, business, IT, Analytics, orrelated field
- Must have minimum 1 year ofexperience in data analysis, MIS Reporting & Analysis, or backendPMO activities- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpretdata from multiple sources anddeliver actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel(Power Pivot, Power Query,formulas, macros) and solidknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of PowerBIfor dashboard creation and VBA forProcess Automation.
- Excellent communication skills tointeract with stakeh olders atdifferent levels and present clear,data-driven recommendations
