ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Process Associate – Insurance (Claims),you will be involved in the Processing of Lifeand Annuity Insurance, Claims processing. Youshould be flexible to work in shifts.• Handling claims investigation, processing,and payments
- Claims document validation, calculatingbenefit amount, and releasing same to thebeneficiary• Meet productivity and quality targets on adaily, weekly, and monthly basis
Required Skills and Qualification
- Graduate (except B.Tech/TechnicalGraduation/Law) with a minimum of 1.5years of experience in Life/Annuitiesproducts in ClaimsGood Communication skills – English (bothwritten & verbal)Proactive and high analytical skills; shouldforesee issues and suggest solutions, withimpactful dataBasic Computer knowledge along withtyping speed of 35 words/minute

- Proficient in MS Office applications
