The Geographic Information Systems (GIS)Analyst will enhance our offerings in the area of data visualization, business intelligence and graphical output by analyzing data and producing and presenting data visualizations ina compelling way that will help our clients make the best real estate decisions.The GIS Analyst will work closely with colleagues throughout the Americas research group. This is a great opportunity for analytical individual willing to learn multiple tools and technologies.The GIS Analyst will contribute to the best-in-class research output that differentiates JLL.We tell the real estate story, define the market and inspire action.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create captivating visualizations,integrating JLĽs proprietary research data for the purposes of business development, external distribution, and client requests
- Produce interactive maps, reports,and presentations that bring research content and real estate data to life
- Assist on projects from initial brief to finished product following standard operating procedures with limited Oversight
- contribute to the GIS center of excellence and provide support to GIS colleagues as needed
- Develop and share best practices standards with the Americas research Group
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- 0-3 years of related GIS experience, real estate knowledge aplus BS/BA in geography, GIS, urban planning, economics, or Relevant experience working knowledge of the Platform: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online,and Business Analyst Online
- Comfort with analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel,PowerPoint, Power Bl) and Adobe creative Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and Collaborative organization skills to effectively manage workload and time, multi-task, and succeed under pressure.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to closely follow processes and procedures
