ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Al Solution Development: Build and deployAl-driven tools and workflows usingplatforms like Copilot Studio, UiPath, andother automation frameworks.
- Integration & Enablement: Connect AlIagents with enterprise systems (e.g.,SharePoint, M365), external APls,knowledge bases, and ensure seamlessinteroperability.
- Process Automation: Identify repetitivetasks and design intelligent automationsolutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration & Training: Partner withcross-functional teams to enable Alliteracy, create best-practicedocumentation, and support internaltraining sessions.
- Governance & Compliance: Collaboratewith cybersecurity teams to enforce dataprotection, threat modeling and ensure allAl solutions adhere to security, ethical, andcompliance standards.Notification details will be hidden duringsharing or screen recordingactions USiheencryption, authentication, and
- Integrate agents with identity platforms(e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra lD, ADFS, etc.) for secure access control.
- Continuous Improvement: Collectfeedback, iterate solutions, and contributeto a culture of innovation and scalability.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree inSoMputer science, Al, Machine Learning,Data Science or related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with upto 2 years of experience in softwaredevelopment or Al/ML engineering.
- Strong understanding of Al concepts,machine learning pipelines, andautomation tools.
- Hands-on experience or coursework inCopilot Studio, UiPath, and Share Point.
- Knowledge with cloud Al platforms: AzureAl Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or GoogleVertex AI.
- Knowledge with scalable contextmanagement solutions including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semanticchunking, and memory persistence forlong-horizon tasks
- Implement multi-agent workflows forcomplex tasks such as decision-making,negotiation, and collaborative problem
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIintegrations, and data quality validation.
- Familiarity with agent orchestrationframeworks and multi-agent systems usingA2A (Agent to Agent).
- Knowledge of common developmentlanguages
- .Net, C#, Python, Java, API development,SQL, PowerShell, Unix shell scriptingExcellent problem-solving skills and abilityto work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Exposure to generative Al, promptengineering, or agent-based systems.• Interest in Al governance, security, andethical frameworks.
- Ability to adapt quickly and deliver “quickwins” while maintaining enterprisestandards.
