ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for collectingoutstanding debt for globaldistributor acCOunts
- To ensure outstanding paymentsare collected in a timely manner
- Posting incoming payments.
- Cash Forecasting· Bank reconciliations.
- Monitoring the Credit Controlinbox daily.
- Creating Partner & Distributoraccounts in Salesforce and SAP.
- Sending out invoices/credit notes,monthly statements, and finaldemands for payments.
- Develop key relationships withpartners and distributors to ensuretimely payment of invoices.
- Set up and initiate meetings withpartners and distributors to resolveany issues relating to themaximisation of cash collection.. Conduct regular credit analysis toassess customers credit worthiness.
- Dealing with partner anddistributor queries
- Liaising with the Sales and OrderProcessing teams regardingqueries, credit accounts, and orderdisputes.
- Any other duties that arereasonably required from time totime.
- Help the team achieve DSO targetsset· Recovery of outstanding Debt:
- Chasing outstanding debt viatelephone & email
- Recovery of outstanding debtOverseeing a large volume ofdebtors globallySunnort credit control team toNotification details will be hidden duringsharing or screen recording
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Credit control experience -business to business
- Superb communication skills /inter-personal skills andinfluencing skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- SAP and Salesforce experience· Excel proficient
- Excellent customer service -including written and telephone. General administrative skills. Microsoft Office• Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and wishing to make a difference.
