In this role, you’ll work in one of their IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where they deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Their delivery center offer their clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Process Associate – Order to Cash (02C),you will be responsible for managing Order management and Receivables management.
- You should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Your primary responsibilities include:Coordinate activities associated with Order to Cash recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions adhere to SLAs and timelines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Receivable
- Years of Experience: 0 -1
- Ability to manage Order fulfilment,Collections & Cash payments
- Working knowledge of basic accountingand accounting principles
- Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up action
PREFERRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever Meeting targets effectively Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change Management showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork
