The Cisco Legal IT team serves as thebackbone for the Legal & Compliancebusiness units, building andmaintaining the critical systems thatenable Cisco to operate with integrityand efficiency. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop high-quality, secure softwaresolutions that simplify complex legalprocesses to enhance the productivityof Cisco’s Legal & Compliance teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams,including design and productmanagement, to translate userrequirements into intuitive, user-friendly applications.
- Apply securecoding principles to ensure theintegrity and privacy of sensitivelegal data across all systems.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding to unit testing and production support, to ensure reliable and scalable performance.
- Experiment with emerging technologies like Generative Al to automate routine tasks and drive innovation in their existing software ecosystem.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a relatedtechnical field.
- 0-1 years of professional softwaredevelopment experience(internships and coursework areapplicable).
- Demonstrated understanding ofthe software development lifecycle(SDLC) and agile engineeringpractices.
- Foundational knowledge of securecoding principles and user privacyconcepts.
- Basic understanding of CRMplatform architecture andintegration principles.
- Practical experience or academicprojects involving Generative AI,LLMS, Or prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability totroubleshoot technical issues.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM platform development, includingfamiliarity with Apex or Lightning Components.·
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional,collaborative team environments.
- Demonstrated commitment touser experience (UX) and designthinking principles.
