As a Banking Operations Associate I,you’ll play a critical role in ensuringthe accuracy, integrity, and efficiencyof their banking and back-officeoperations that support ConsumerDirected Healthcare and HealthSavings Accounts. Through yourwork, you’l help safeguard financialprocesses, improve operationalworkflows, and deliver reliableoutcomes for their partners andcustomers. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a trusted contributor toessential banking and back-officeoperations, ensuring accurateprocessing tied to Consumer Directed Healthcare claims and Health Savings Accounts.
- Support compliance-drivenactivities such as CIP and OFA Creviews, helping protect theorganization and its customersthrough diligent execution.
- Drive operational excellence bymeeting productivity goals whiledelivering consistent, high-qualitywork within defined service-levelagreements.
- Partner cross-functionally withinternal teams and externalstakeholders, communicatingclearly and resolving requestsefficiently.
- Identify trends, metrics, andopportunities for improvement-proactively helping streamline workflows and enhance overallefficiency.
- Grow your business acumen bybuilding strong knowledge ofAlegeus policies, processes, andproduct offerings while contributing to special projects andinitiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Abilities: Strong analytical andorganizational skills with the abilityto manage detailed banking andfinancial operations in a fast-paced,multi-processing environment while identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience: Background inbanking operations and/or finance operations, with hands-onexperience supporting back-office processing and transactional workflows.
